The easiest, cheapest spot is your own driveway — no permit needed, and we place boards down to protect the surface. Make sure the path is clear and there’s about 60 feet of straight space for the truck to set and retrieve the bin.
If the dumpster sits entirely on your private property, generally no. If it has to sit on a public street or right-of-way, the City of Oklahoma City — or your specific suburb, since Norman, Moore, Edmond and others each set their own rules — may require a permit. Household junk, furniture, remodel and construction debris, roofing, flooring, yard and tree debris, wood, concrete, and general cleanout material.
These have to be disposed of separately — ask and we’ll help you figure out where they go.
Heavy materials — concrete, brick, dirt, shingles — are fine, but they hit the included weight limit fast. If your job is mostly heavy debris, tell us up front so we can recommend the right size and set expectations on the $100/ton (prorated) overage.
